From a single consulting room to a multi-theatre hospital, Vetworks can manage your practice, equipment, resources and your staff. See who’s in your waiting room, what operations are booked for the rest of the week and check availability of resources. Book appointments directly from the client record and see at a glance on call rotas and staff holidays.

Stock Control System

Stay in control of your stock with Vetworks. The stock control feature is fully integrated with the clinical notes and records batch numbers and expiry dates of drugs administered and prescribed. Multiple stockrooms allow you so see what stock you have where, including car stock. Expiring stock reports show you which items need using first, minimising wastage and stock valuation reports help keep you in control of your cashflow. Vetworks also automatically updates pricelists from most major suppliers.

Scan and File System

Keep track of all your paperwork from consent forms to lab reports, simply scan the document and it will automatically be stored with the relevant clinical record – there’s no need to open up each individual animal record, saving you time and reducing errors. What’s more, Vetworks also includes a medical image viewer that integrates with PACS.

Comprehensive Reporting Modules

From customer statements to sales figures by staff member and service or product type, Vetworks provides an easy to access reporting suite. Keep track of stock and find out who your lapsed customers are. Send reminder emails to aged debtors with statements attached. See the value of outstanding invoices as well as the value of completed but un-invoiced work.

Surgery, Field or Mobile Practice

Vetworks is equally at home in the field as it is in the practice office. Access your client details, clinical records and stockroom from wherever you are. Vetworks Hybrid means that you have full access to all your data even when you have no internet connection. Once you have a signal again Vetworks will synchronise your data. Visiting a stable or herd that’s at a different location to the owner? – Vetworks not only records a separate location on the patient record, but also displays a map of the animals location.

Built-in medical imaging viewer

Every installation of Vetworks includes a fully featured medical imaging viewer allowing the user not just to view x-ray and other images, but to add calibration marks, measure angles and overlay enhancements for bone density etc. choose from a single image for diagnosis purposes, dual display for before and after comparison, or multiple images to highlight symptom progression or to view a fracture from several angles at once. Vetworks image viewer can integrate with your existing PACS server, or alternatively use its own built in repository. Once a patient image has been identified and associated with an animal, all subsequent images will automatically be associated with the correct patient record.

Stock list and price updates.

Vetworks can be configured to import stock lists from most major suppliers. Price lists can be automatically updated ensuring that you maintain your margins.

Smart login

We understand that you don’t always work at the same machine. Moving from consult to theatre – not a problem. Simply log in on any machine and Vetworks will open where you were last working, no need to find the patient again, the patient record will be there, open just as you left it.
